PROVOCATION Talking about economy is something new topic for the students. They do understand about money but they still unclear of how prices are set based on supply and demand. For starting the inquiry and understand about the process of selling and buying, the students had a shopping day to different market places. The students were divided into three big groups and experienced shopping. They brought only Rp. 50.000 to buy anything that they wanted. There was fact revealed about students’ choices during the shopping. It was challenging and exciting moments for students since some of them never been going to traditional market or even food stalls around the school. When everyone arrived from their market places then students were encouraged to classify the items that they bought using matrix of urgent and important. They also reflected what they have bought whether the items are urgent or important.
